intends inform you pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter referred to as “Regulation” or “Applicable Regulations”), that UNISTUDIO is the OWNER OF PERSONAL DATA that you will provide. UNISTUDIO will proceed with the relative treatment for the purposes and according to the methods indicated below.
It is hereby highlighted that this information is provided only for the site www.unistudio.it ("Site"), while it does not apply to other websites accessed via external links and is intended as information provided pursuant to art. 13 of the Regulations to those who interact with the Site linked to it.
It is hereby stated that pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 12 of the Applicable Law, we wish to inform you that the personal data you provide us with will be recorded, processed and stored in our archives, in paper and electronic form, in accordance with the appropriate technical and organizational measures pursuant to art. 32 of the GDPR. Personal data will be processed using appropriate tools and procedures to ensure security and confidentiality.
1. Type of data
UNISTUDIO can request or take possession, even partially, of the following data:
• Personal data and identification of the Customer including E-mail, Telephone, Country, Address, City, Cap, Province;
• Web browsing data.
It is hereby specified that if you should give personal data of third parties (therefore not directly related to you) to Unistudio, you act as an independent data controller assuming all the obligations and responsibilities of the law. In this sense, you provide on this point the widest indemnity with respect to any dispute, claim, request for compensation for damage from treatment, etc.. that should reach Unistudio from third parties whose personal data have been processed through your spontaneous sending in violation of the rules on the protection of personal data applicable. In any case, should you provide or otherwise process the personal data of third parties, you warrant from now on - assuming all related liability - that this particular case of processing is based on an appropriate legal basis pursuant to art. 6 of the Regulation that legitimizes the processing of information in question.

2. Purpose of processing that does not require the consent of the Interested and the legal basis of the treatment
Personal data will be processed for the following purposes:
a) to respond to your requests for contact and possibly define meetings for the establishment of a professional relationship;
b) to answer your questions.
The treatment referred to in letters a) and b) is necessary to reply to your request with the consequence that UNISTUDIO is not obliged to acquire the specific consent to the processing of data as the legal basis of the processing of personal data is the art. 6 (1) (b) of the Regulation ("[...] processing is necessary for the execution of a contract of which the party concerned is a party or for the execution of pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the same") and art. 6 (1) (c) of the Regulation ("[...] processing is necessary to fulfill a legal obligation to which the data controller is subjected").
3. Recipients of personal data
The Personal Data may be communicated, to the extent necessary, to predetermined recipients with whom specific tasks and / or contracts have been signed that regulate the processing of data on our behalf and impose confidentiality obligations.
Unistudio will not indiscriminately spread its data or, in other words, will not give knowledge of it to indeterminate subjects even by making it available or consulting.
4. Data transfer to third countries
The personal data provided through the website will not be transferred to non-EU countries and Unistudio will not carry out any profiling activities on the data collected.
5. Data retention period
Personal data will be kept for the period of time strictly necessary for the pursuit of the specific purposes of the processing and no later than 6 months. Subsequently they will be deleted or destroyed.
6. Obligation / right to provide personal data
UNISTUDIO specifies that the communication of data necessary for the performance of the purposes referred to in paragraph 2 above is necessary for the execution of your request and that in case of non-communication UNISTUDIO cannot proceed with the your request.
7. Method of data collection
The processing of personal data may consist of any operation or set of operations between those indicated in art. 4, paragraph 1, point 2 of the Regulations.
The processing of personal data will take place through the use of tools and procedures suitable to guarantee security and confidentiality and can be carried out, directly and / or through delegated third parties, either manually by paper means, or through the use of information technology or electronic tools. The data, for the purposes of proper management of the relationship and the fulfillment of legal obligations, may be included in the internal documentation of the owner and if necessary also in the records and registers required by law.
8. Rights of the interested party
Pursuant to articles 15 and following of the Regulations, the interested party has the right to ask UNISTUDIO, at any time, to access personal data, to rectify or delete them or to oppose their processing in the cases provided by art. 21 of the Regulations, has the right to request the limitation of processing in the cases provided for art. 18 of the Regulation, as well as obtaining, in a structured format, in common use and readable by automatic device, the data concerning him, in the cases provided by art. 20 of the regulation.

Requests relating to the exercise of user rights will be processed without undue delay and, in any case, within one month of the request; only in cases of particular complexity and in the number of requests can this term be extended by an additional 2 (two) months.
In any case, you are always entitled to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (guarantor for the protection of personal data), pursuant to art. 77 of the Regulations if it considers that the processing of personal data is contrary to the law in force.
