Dr. Michele Borghi, a founder and minority stakeholder of Staff spa, has acquired a controlling shareholding in the company.
Michele Borghi was assisted by Unistudio Legal & Tax with a multi-disciplinary team headed by senior partners Roberto Branchi for the Advisory and Enrico Repetto for legal assistance, working with partner Claudia Camisotti and associate Andrea Della Libera.
The seller, Dr. Gianfranco Malavasi, a co-founder of Staff spa, chose Vitale&Co as advisor, with a team comprising managing partner Alberto Gennarini and managing director Francesco Fornarelli, assisted by the law firm Molinari Agostinelli and its partners Marco Leonardi and Beatrice Neri.
Founded in 2012 and headquartered in Porto Mantovano (Mantova), Staff S.p.A. is an Employment Agency dedicated to employment services, recruitment, training and human resource management, with a nationwide reach through a network of 38 branches. With revenues of 200 million euros in 2021, Staff is one of the top dozen Employment Agencies in Italy. In 2021, the economic newspaper Il Sole 24 Ore chose Staff as one of the top 450 Italian companies for growth in the previous three years (2016-2019).
