Unistudio Legal&Tax, represented by attorneys-at-law and partners Massimo Gambino and Anna Sacquegna, have won a significant court battle relating to unfair competition, on behalf of client RCH S.p.A., a market leader in the sector of telematic cash registers.
The Treviso Court, under sitting judge Lucio Munaro, found for the defense, represented by Unistudio Legal&Tax, issuing court order 65/22 in the precautionary proceedings relating to unfair competition, brought by RCH, based on the requirement for “periculum in mora” (danger in delay) for the purposes of obtaining an interim measure and rejecting the application for an injunction, the application of a cash penalty and publication of the measure at the company’s expense.
